I have the Business Line template installed, and S5 Image and Content Fader v4. Joomla 3.4.8
Using "html mode" the title and subtext does not display (correctly).
Title is not displayed at all. Text appears up near the top of the screen. I have other two other sites where it works fine. Weird.
Screenshot attached.

I still have a problem.
I see there is a whole section on how to set it up for business line template.
http://www.shape5.com/demo/business_line/index.php/tutorials-menu-48/custom-code-for-this-design
and
http://www.shape5.com/documentation/Joomla/Extensions/S5-Image-and-Content-Fader

This first page contains the custom code. So you have to use article setting in the module, and create the articles for slides, with the custom code in the article, after the image has been inserted. (Am I right so far?!)
Then you can modify what the title is in the custom code and the anchor tag to point to whatever the Read more class button(s) will point to.

It all seems overly complicated, I gotta admit.

So when I do all this, it takes out the whole site. I just get a white screen. Unpublish the module and the site is back.

What am I missing?

John

Hello,

The custom code shown here:

http://www.shape5.com/demo/business_line/index.php/tutorials-menu-48/custom-code-for-this-design

Is inserted into either the articles or you can set the module to HTML and insert this content directly into the module settings, rather than using articles. Entering the code using the HTML method is a little easier in my opinion, the article method just provides more dynamic updating.

If you are using the article method, you don't insert the images into the content, you use the Intro Image and "Images and Links" when editing the article. Also, make sure that the category that you have them set to is published and you've selected that same category in the module's backend.

Despite if you are using html or articles, you should also have the titles set to off. The titles are very custom to this design and defined in the custom html instead.

Okay, made it work. Thanks Mike.
I didn't realize the custom code could be entered in the text area for each slide.
