Hello and good afternoon,
I am having  a problem getting the meida player plugin to work on any browser. I had it working fine on one of two sites, then on the third when I went to add a video in, it was not working. I checked on how I did it on one demo site for my company, and that one also is no longer working. I am at a total loss now.

I tried both the older one and the v2. No go. I get the following error on the front end:
"No video with supported format and MIME type found"

Back side it shows as this image. Any thoughts or ideas? No, I did not change anything on the demo site:
http://triadmain.com (yeppers, my old and normal testing area) - This one it was working until this week. (My companies son to be new site)

The one I found the problem on and could not get it working, with same results is:
http://anvilofhonor.com/ (One of our games)

Attached is the result output- it just seems to stop loading. Yes, I tried turning off all plugins, modules etc. Even with everything disabled it is still the same. Both are using s5 templates, both have updated vertex. Even the one I had on darkrelic.com stopped working. (I had to disable that module since that is a live site).

Thank you,
Sarrene'

I still cannot get this to work. I need it working soon, else I will need to find another option.
Single Video: http://triadmain.com/heroengine/heroengine-details/smart-objects
Multiple Videos: http://triadmain.com/heroengine/about-heroengine/heroblade

Single or multiple will not work for me. They were working (and no changes) until the day I made my first post. Any thoughts or ideas?

Thank you,
Sarr

Hello,

Sorry I had overlooked this thread of posts from the beginning by accident. Mike actually monitors the version 2 of this module and it currently looks like you are using that one. Please post in the Media player 2 forum board here for assistance with that one: www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/board,244.0/

If you need help with version 1 and you publish it to the site let me know and I can take a look. But with the version 1 you can't just add a youtube URL, that won't work. You need to have an mp4 version of a video and link to it with version 1.

Thanks,
