I recently uploaded the Risen Hope template to a website I'm working on - http://www.uwhsv.org/beta/. I followed the directions for the different displays on the image & content fader (shown here- http://www.shape5.com/demo/risen_hope/index.php/extensions/s5-image-and-content-fader-v3), but nothing's happening (when you look at my site, you'll see I've put in the header what's SUPPOSED to be there). My IT guy says it's a problem with the mark-up. Any ideas on how to fix?

Hello,

The image and content fader is loading on your site, but you have the transitions set too high. The best settings are:

Visible time: 7000
Hide time: 500
Opacity time: 1000

So, I have to open to change "delay time" (currently set at 5000) and "slide opacity" (currently set at 100), but I don't see any options for the three settings you mentioned.

The fader loads, but does not load correctly. The first slide should have the centered text like in the sample. The second slide should have text on the left and an image on the right, like in the sample. The third slide doesn't have any HTML entered in the text box and shows what a normal slide would look like, which happens to be what the other three look like.

Hello,

There is not a setting called Delay Time in this module. Attached is a screenshot showing the settings. I would suggest installing the latest module, it sounds like you might be running a very old version from an existing install if you don't see these settings.

If you want the text centered this is the markup you need:

<span class="center">
<span class="slide_title">
All New <strong> Media Player Plugin</strong>
</span>
<span class="center_text" style="font-size:1.3em;">
Explore the all the new mp3 and video player plugin. Easily setup and list sermons and other media on your website with no programming experience for your guests to listen to and download.
</span>

<a style="float:none" class="readon" href="index.php/pages/sermons">See it in action[/url]
</span>

That did it! The template I guess came with v3, so I found and installed v4, and now it works! Thank you!

The module crashed. Its not there any longer. Notwithstanding, i created a new module - S5 Image and Content Fader v4 but i need the code used for first image.

Thank you.

Hello,

Attached is the code used for the first slide. If you need more settings I would suggest installing the site shaper in a sub folder so you have a live example of the demo to work off of and copy any settings you need.
