IN FrontPage, I see the "Read more" (french - Lire la suite...) button and yet my articles are displayed completely. Let me explain, if I click on "Read more" I see nothing more.

Why the button is displayed?

Clicking "Read More" will take the user to the individual blog post, allowing them to post a comment (if comments are enabled).  I believe that Read More appearing on all posts is a default thing for WordPress, but you can easily remove it by editing the content.php file in the theme folder.

Is it possible to automatically display 200 words per article, in your template ?

That is not currently a feature in the framework, but it's a good idea, so I'll add it to the list of things to be considered for future updates.

Until then, there are definitely plugins available to do what you want, and you can probably find a few options on the main WordPress plugin repository: https://wordpress.org/plugins/
