By clicking with the cursor on the lower part of the tabs, the tab changes color, but it is not directed to the link. , Position the cursor on the word, otherwise it does not work.

Can you help me ?

That is the intended function of the menu.  On sites with sub-menus, that extra space that can be clicked without navigating is necessary, to allow mobile viewers to open the dropdown without accidentally navigating somewhere they don't want.

If you don't plan to have submenus, you can add the following CSS to the bottom of the theme's style.css file and it will increase the size of the navigation area:
