When you first go to the site there is a white space. But if you hit home from any other pages it doesn't show. My site is http://retreatathorseshoebay.com. Not sure what it cold be?

Your logo is too tall, and it's pushing the rest of the site down.  If you add the following code to the bottom of the theme's style.css file, it should fix it:

Code:
#s5_logo_wrap {
    margin-bottom: -100% !important;
}

Generally the best rule is to use the dimensions of the logo image included with the theme.  But if you use the CSS I gave in the last post, the logo you are using now will work fine.

i used same dimensions. in fact opened the logo in the theme image file and pasted my image into it.
i did add the line though. but wondering why this would happen if i used the same file?

just wanted to make sure nothing else was messed up that i might not be seeing

If you used the same file & dimensions, I'm not sure why it would be functioning differently, unless you changed something elsewhere that altered the way it works.  As long as it's working fine with the CSS adjustment I suggested, I wouldn't worry about it.
