i have exactly the same problem like this guy. obviously you could solve it and closed the thread:

may i also get the solution for this? Smiley

do i have to download something and update? i installed the latest files of this theme just about 2 or 3 weeks ago...

You should be able to just download the latest version of the plugin and replace the version on your site.

...ok, thks.

the html tags are gone now. so far so good.

the only problem left is that the message in the incoming mail does not have line breaks.

so, my post here would look like this in the inbox:

The HTML issue was originally caused by server settings preventing the e-mail being sent in HTML mode - the fix just disabled HTML e-mail and sends as plaintext.  Unfortunately, I believe this also removes any formatting from the message.
