Hi

Having decided to use the dark version of Eventful, it looks much cleaner (thanks).
However, you'll see from the attached screen-shots that although I can find the location using Google Chrome's 'Inspect' mode, and can remove the background temporarily. I cannot find the location in any of the css files.

The first screen-shot shows the site as it is now. If you look to the right of the image you'll see red ellipse  showing the line where I can make it change - but these changes can't be saved.

The second screen-shot shows the result of turning off the background color. This is the result I'm looking for. However, the location is shown as http://bluestour2016.firstbitedigital.com/index.php/itinerary/route-map/clarksdale-area:912 (which I assume is the html line number) and not one of the css files.

This problem is NOT isolated to just the itinerary pages - it occurs also on the bookings page and others.

Can you please help me and point to the right location to make the required change without it affecting anything on the home page.

You still have access to my admin area, but I will be moving the site in a few days as the old Domain Name expires very soon.

Thanks and regards, David

Hello,

I am sorry I am not completely sure what you are trying to do, and your url above produces a 404 error. You can't remove the content background on content areas and not effect it on the homepage. A css change effects the entire site.

I would suggest using Firebug rather than Chrome Dev tools, I personally find it a lot easier to identify the css for each area. In your screenshot, it's hard to tell what it's saying because of the quality of the image, it but it looks like a setting from the Vertex / Main / Layout page, which defines the backgrounds for each area. That is not defined in a css file, that's outputted directly on the page since it interacts with php functions.

Thanks,

I used Firebug and found the place I needed.
Worked good.
