This template is conflicting with a couple plugins we are using.

1. Optima Express IDX Plugin - When viewing a listing, the map that is to display is blank. Also in the listing property, under features tab, the first letters of the titles get cut off.

2. Contact Form Generator Plugin - When inputting characters in the input fields, they are unaligned.

I have attached screenshots of each issue.

I have tried troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins except for the ones in question to see if another plugin is conflicting, but it had the same issues. However, when I switched themes, the plugins in question worked just fine.

Adding the following code to the bottom of the style.css for the theme will fix the text alignment for the form generator:
Code:
input.cfg_input_reset {
    min-height: 0px !important;
}

As far as the map issue goes, I don't think it's theme related.  Nothing in the page source that I saw when I looked at it with Firebug indicated any theme related cause.  There's just nothing loading in the space where the map should be.  Looking at the javascript console in Firebug, there is an error about the "mapManager" script in the optima-express plugin, which is most likely the cause.

Thanks for the quick response and resolving alignment issue of the form generator. I have made contact with the developers of the Optima Express Plugin about the map issue and here is what they had to say:

"Optima Express uses mapManager.js. It would be hard for me to advise where the issue is coming from, though, since the issue could be originating from many places. In other words the error could be occurring in mapManager.js, but due to another script using the same library, overwriting a variable, a another javascript error, etc. This would be indicated by the issue being resolved when using the 2015 theme."

One of their representatives is indicating that it is still theme related. I have installed other wordpress SHAPE 5 templates to test the issue and the map has issues with all the ones I have installed and activated with Shape 5 themes. But then the map works with others?

Is this something you can look into further?

Adding the following code to the bottom of the style.css for the theme will fix the text alignment for the form generator:
Code:
input.cfg_input_reset {
    min-height: 0px !important;

Have you tried disabling the S5 MapIt plugin?  It is most likely that the issue is not with the theme but with the fact that you have two plugins active which both use the Google Maps API.

The reason that the issue would disappear then switching to a non-S5 theme would be because other themes don't have the same widget positions, which would disable the MapIt widget.

Yes I have already done that. As a matter of fact, I even deleted the plugin at one point to see if it was causing the conflict. Still had the same mapping issue so I just re-installed and reactivated it.

Unfortunately, there's not much else I can do.  Any javascript that is included as part of the theme is needed for the theme to function; if it is something that can be disabled, there will be a toggle on the "Javascripts" tab of the theme options.  Beyond that, as per the Shape 5 Terms of Use, compatibility with third-party code/extensions/scripts is not guaranteed; while I try to help fix compatibility wherever I can, there's a limit to what I can do.
