I was working on my site tonight and all of a sudden, the motion stopped on all of the modules below the slideshow! All I did was edit the WELCOME text in one a single module.  When I reloaded the site to see what it looked like, none of the modules were "swooping in" from the right and left.  Take a look:

Hello,

Everything is moving on the slideshow for me when I load your site. I would suggest checking on another machine or browser.

Sorry, I should have clarified what I meant.  The slideshow is working fine, but every module below that isn't moving.  The WELCOME TO OUR WEDDING SITE is supposed to slide in from the right and left, the HE PROPOSED, SHE SAID YES is supposed to slide in from the right and left, the WEDDING EVENTS is supposed to slide...

None of that is working now. All of a sudden, upon reload, it doesn't work in Edge or Firefox.

Here's an ODD update. I tried using the same CUSTOM CODE that was used in the WELCOME TO OUR WEDDING slider within an article on a separate page from the Home Page, and it works on the alternate page, but not the Home Page.

Why is the code not registering with the template and functioning on the home page?

I am completely stumped on this one.

I looked back at my notes and started re-activating modules that I unpublished... I got to the CONFIRMATION module, and upon reload... with it activated, all of the motion started working again.

I then deactivated the CONFIRMATION module, and all of the motion continued to work.

While I'm happy that the problem is resolved, I can't seem to understand why unpublishing and republishing a module would cause all of the motion to stop working on the Home Page of the site?

Hello,

It's possible that the confirmation module is producing a javascript error, which would break other javascript on the page. Have you made any changes to the settings of that module like changing the alert text? Sometimes if you use a single or double quote in the alert text it can cause a javascript error, because javascript views those as text qualifiers. So first double check the alert messages in the module's settings. Also, if you can re-publish the module I can check it out.

No, I hadn't changed anything in there.  All I did was unpublish it. Once I reactivated it and then unpublished it a second time, everything started working again.  It has been working ever since I took those final steps so I'm not touching ANYTHING at this point  Cheesy
