Could you tell me how to edit the bottom menus please. Please see attachment for details.

Those menus are custom menu widgets.  You can add "?tp=3" to the URL of your site to have the position names displayed as a label on each active position.

The widget settings will tell you which menu is being used, then you can edit the menu on the "Appearance -> Menus" page of the admin.
