Is it still not possible to use the scroll to menu in mobile view? I've read that others had trouble with it in the past.

Hello,

It does work if you use the "drop down" layout in the "layout type" under the "responsive nav" area of Vertex. Using the "off canvas" method won't work as the sidebar is open and then the page tries to scroll with it open.

Try going to "Vertex > Javascripts" Then go to full page scroll and set the disable at number for height and width to be 0. I think this should do it.

But now it limits my published modules to only one screen size as it does on PC. This creates problems with the contact module for instance. Can't I use scroll to with the Full screen page scroll?

Ah true I didn't think of the vertical mobile height being too short. Yeah full page won't work for mobile, I remember now that is why we disabled it at a certain width. With it disabled what was the issue on mobile again? I'm sorry I forget, perhaps disable again at a certain width so we are back to what you had in beginning of this post.

Its because the IDs you are referencing don't exist on the page. For the "scroll to" function of Vertex you need to reference and ID on the page. For example here is a list of the common IDs for the rows in Vertex:
http://www.shape5.com/demo/eventfull/business/index.php/features-mainmenu-47/template-features/menu-scroll-to

So your menu items need to reference one of these and not #konceptpage, #foodpage, etc

But then it does not Scroll, but only jumps to the ID? And the other ID's Foodpage etc. works on the full page scroll how come this is not the same?

The "full page scroll" functions differently where you make up the ID's in the Vertex admin. The "scroll to" function works off of the scroll to top arrow. If its enabled in the Layout area of Vertex at the bottom then it should smooth scroll between the IDs. If its not enabled it will just snap to them like you are experiencing.
