Dear Mike,

the submenus are disappearing when hovering over the main menu. They show just one second. Can you help me out here?

Hello,

Have you made any modifications to the template? Also, under the Menu tab in the template configuration try increasing the open and hide delay settings. Open should be around 1000 and hide around 500.

Dear Mike,

as I don't write all the changes, I think I might have made a change. But I can't exactly remember where... and about what is was. It might have been just to check something to understand the background color of the main menu, as I wanted to change it.
It is not the problem under the Menu tab as that is still 1000 and 500 as you can see in the attached file.
Do you need my login details?

Best regards,
Martine

Hello,

The settings look correct, but what kind of change did you make to the template. Did you make any php or css changes? If so, you'll need to revert them to debug this.

Dear Mike,

Can I please send you the login, so you can check it? As I don't know how to revert....
I just checked something as far as I remembered. And then after saving the menu disappeared.

Hello,

If you made changes to css or php files, you would need to download a fresh copy of the installation and replace them. Also, any third party extensions you have installed will need to be disabled. Once those things are done you can private message me super admin access and ftp access to review.

Hello Mike,

sorry, but it doesn't work. I already replaced: template css, s5_flex_menu.css, custom.css, and s5_info_slide-min.css.
I uninstalled content - phprgraph as the last new plugin/module. After I installed JCE editor and the component sh404SEF I didn't encounter any problems yet.

But after these changes, still the same. The drop down of the main menu is not showing when hovering over it....
As I wonder a bit why it takes so many emails to get rid of the problem, I will start over again.... days of support ticking away.

Best regards,
Martine
