Hi,

Recently after the upgrade to 3.6, I have found that when I've tried to edit an existing module by clicking on the module name I have received the following screen - pleas see attached. The url is also attached and this is in Edge browser on Windows10. The same thing happened in Chrome. Once on this screen, I cannot then browse back by clicking the back button nor can I refresh the screen. Can you please let me know what is happening here and what has caused this issue?

Thanks
Aleem
