Changing the parameters for my articles, either individually or locally does not change what elements appear or do not appear in the final result.

For example if I were to select "Hide Title", the title would still be displayed.

Please help.

Thanks - Lionel

Hello,

You might need to change the title of this page via the menu item (if one is associated with it).  There are article titles and then component titles and the component titles can appear to be article titles.

Hello,

The above is correct. Joomla uses the following Heirachy when choosing Article Settings.

Menu Item Settings For Articles (#1) > Individual Article Settings (#2) > Global Article Settings (#3)

Thanks Mike,

I've been building joomla websites for a couple of years and haven't had this problem.  I've sent me info to your team to take a look at what's going on.

Hello,

Can you PM me the info directly on the site to my inbox and I can help you with that directly now? I got your emails forwarded to me but I don't have access to the S5 Admin email account at home.
