Hello,

Can you please be more specific? What is not working? All the controls for this are found under the Theme Specific tab in the configuration.

Thank you for your answer.
I made the settings in the template, but the counter continues with everything to "0"

My question is whether I'm setting the counter in the wrong place

Thank you

I think the settings I make in the template, in "Specific theme", are not working.
How can I solve this problem?

Thank you

Hello,

Please post a url to where this occurs. I will need to see if your site is producing javascript errors, which could interfere. I have the same settings setup locally and they are working without any issues.

Hello

thank you for your answer

The modifications I make in "Templates: Edit Style", are not working, I changed the color of "Highlight1 Color" and also did not work.

Therefore, it is not only the problem of the counter, it is a general problem, because I modify, save, but in the site everything stays the same.

I bought the site recently, I still made few modifications, so here is the link:

Hello,

That means you most likely have a permissions problem on your server. Try increasing the chmod settings of vertex.json to 777 to ensure it's writable. That is where the settings of the template are saved and if it can't be written to no updates will occur.
