Hello,

I am trying to add an image to the contact page/contact form.  Under the Contacts component I have a contact created.  There is a section there to add an image.  After I add an image and view the contact page, the image is not viewable.  There is a gap that is created for the image but the image is not displayed.  I've made sure there are no other modules assigned to that page that could be interfering with the image but it still doesn't work.

Hello,

Can you please post a URL to your contact page with this image that should be showing?

Thanks,

I'm working offline so the site is not available online yet.  I've attached an image if that will help. The image that i've added is not showing up but you can see a gap to the left of the address where it is supposed to be.

Hmm maybe use the developer tools in your browser and using the inspect see whats going on. I'm not sure without taking a first hand look at this.

But it gives that same error on every page.  I have other shape 5 joomla templates where the contact page looks a little different. Is there a way to update the contact module?  Here is another site where I like the contact page view:

http://judahcitychurch.com/index.php/contact-us

That is the risen hope template which is newer so maybe that's why they are different?

If I can't get this to look they way I want is there a way I could just insert the contact form in an article?  This way I can make it look the way I want.

The CSS token shouldn't cause the image not to show. Did you try using the inspect tool and hovering over where the image should be and then looking at the code it highlights? Do you see anything starting with <img

If so whats the src to the image there?

In Risen Hope the position of the thumbnail is controlled by bootstrap and font awesome CSS so if both are running it should put the image over to the right side.

I tried using the inspect tool but it didn't show any <img> tags that I could find.  I've attached a screen shot.

Would bootstrap and font awesome css have been included in the Cleanout template?  How do I check if they are installed?  If it's not installed, how would I install them?

I just looked in the template directory in the CSS folder and see that bootstrap and font awesomeness are included in there.
I have an online version of the site available now if it is any help.  http://riversideag.com/index.php/contact-us

I would like it to look like this:

http://judahcitychurch.com/index.php/contact-us

Again, if I'm unable to get an image to display properly, is there a way to incorporate a contact form in an article?

I'm wondering if maybe it's a design error with the Cleanout template, maybe in the CSS?
I looked at the demo version and there is no working link of the contact page.

The demo link for the contact page is here but its on an older version of Joomla and we didn't add the image back then either.

Yes you can call a module position with Joomla. But if you want to PM me login details to your online version I can dig into it and see why its not showing.

Thanks,
