Hello, my captcha is working for my login screen only if you are on a desktop or laptop but not on a mobile device. The box is there but the captcha code will not show up. Please advise. Thanks

I see the issue on mobile. Does change the responsive menu style to "off canvas" fix the issue?

I'm thinking it won't actually because the site is outputting 2 version of the module. So the mobile one is probably getting confused with the desktop one and thus not showing. You might have to grab a separate login module with captcha and install it.

Hello, I am not sure if setting it to off canvas would fix it, as I have tried to find that feature in the back end and unable to do so.

Also, from my research this is a template error and I do not know how to create another login module in order to fix this error. Please point me in the right direction........Thanks

If you can't find it be sure you are on the latest version of the Vertex framework and the you will have it.

Ok so I forgot that the JavaScript actually grabs the login module from the desktop version and puts it on the mobile one. And taking a second look you are right its the CSS on our mobile hiding images. Just add the following to your custom.css file and this should fix it:

Code:
#s5_body .s5_responsive_mobile_present .s5_responsive_mobile_drop_down_inner img {
    display: block !important;}

Hello, for some reason the captcha isn't working anymore. It was working once I place the code in the back but for some reason it isn't working anymore. The box is there to place the captcha code in but there is no captcha code, as stated it was there.

Actually I think I see the issue. Just change the CSS in your custom.css file to the below:

Code:
#s5_body.s5_responsive_mobile_present .s5_responsive_mobile_drop_down_inner img {
    display: block !important;}

I'm actually not sure how it worked before. The space after #s5_body needs to be removed.
