Info slides on my front pages are all different sizes.    Is there a way to make all the slides the same size.

If the version of info slide that you are using doesn't have width & height defined in the code that generates it, then you'll need to make sure the images are all the same size; this is best to do anyway, as any difference in size can cause issues with the image appearance.

You should also make sure the images are identical sizes before uploading, as the resizing that WP does can distort the image.
