Hmm I'm testing in Chrome and I don't see any issues. It seems to work perfectly for me. I'm not sure what to suggest. I added the code to our latest template Attractions. You can test there and see if it does the same thing for you as its working there for me fine.

I just checked out the menu in the Attractions demo on my iPhone 5s in the Chrome app. It worked fine for me at first but then as I slid the menu open and closed I saw the issue again. I attached a couple screen grabs to help show what it looks like. It happens intermittently when I slide the menu closed. The menu remains open behind the page and the page won't scroll.

Perhaps try another phone? I'm not sure what to suggest. I just had Mike here test it and he also doesn't experience this issue.
