Hello,

You can load multiple categories. You just need to add the "all categories" too and then it will load from both. Its in the drop down when you select your categories.

Thank you this helped - I have now a new problem - the links in with the combined categories are not correct

Code:
/643-beitraege-brenzone/543-brenzone-informationen

The 643- and 543- ahead seem to be the problem

Additional there is one more problem: I have Masonary-modules in sub pages (for the towns) and they show up in all the linked posts. I do not want this - do you have a hint?

I found the specific problem with the links in the module:

In the subpage with only one category the link looks like this

Code:
.. /index.php/bardolino-startpage-de/642-beitraege-bardolino/542-bardolino

at the startpage with combined categories the link looks like this

Code:
.. /index.php/642-beitraege-bardolino/542-bardolino

The part "bardolino-startpage-de/" is missing and Joomla displays my startpage.

This is actually how Joomla works. Any article will show on the homepage when its title is clicked or read more is clicked. What you need to do is create a menu item pointing to the article itself or to a category that the articles are assigned to.

I have the posts in a menu and then in category blogs - to seperate the towns:

Code:
Menu: POSTS
 -- Menu: Bardonlino (Category blog)
 -- Menu: Benzone (Category blog)

Is this correct?

is missing and I have no idea why the system has this problem.... All my posts are now in the menu "POSTS:DE" - I deleted the cache and still this problem Sad Any idea?

I moved the category blog items back to the menu TOWN
Code:
TOWN-startpage-de
  TOWN-beitrage (Category blog)
Same effect Sad Still the TOWN-startpage-de is missing in the link in the startpage - the links are correct at the subpage

If you can PM me login details to your site I can take a look. Just let me know what articles from what categories you want to show in Masonry.
