Greetings!

I hope this isn't a dumb user error, but I have been troubleshooting this issue for two days with no luck, so please bear with me. I set up a site using Design Control Site Shaper and have had issues with the Right positions displaying down and to the left. I figured it was a <div> tag issue or something I messed up along the way, but couldn't find it. I tried reinstalling the Site Shaper as a new instance, thinking maybe my content was the issue and I could track down the problem by comparing the two, but to my surprise the clean Site Shaper install has the same issue, so now I'm stumped.

I have tried walking through the code with Firebug and it appears there may be a couple missing </div> tags someplace around the commented areas <!--Center Area--> or  <!--Columns wrap, contains left, right and center columns-->, as the closing divs don't seem to line up according to the comments in the code, but for the life of me I can't track down where they should be nor how to correct them. I could be on the wrong track altogether. Hoping someone here can shed some light on this dilemma so I can stop banging my head against the wall. Tongue I have walked through all of the information I could find already in the forums and nothing has worked yet. I have read the Knowledgebase and also as many of the tutorials as I could find about settings and column widths and such, but still no joy.

Here is the clean install: http://www.wabb.org/wp/?tp=1
It shows all three right positions down on the lower left below the content area.

Here is my version if needed: http://wabb.org/refresh_wp/?tp=1
Same deal.

I've tried different (and no) content in those positions with no change.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to proceed. My thought after two days is to just not use those positions and put the content elsewhere! Wink

Regards,
Bethany

Like you thought, there might be some missing DIVs.  I'm attaching a copy of the content.php file from the most recent release.  Just unzip & drop it into the theme folder (I recommend backing up the old one, if you've made any changes).  If that fixes it, let me know, and I'll update the downloads.

Hi Tristan,

Thank you SO much for your help. The updated file corrected the issue, to my great relief. Hallelujah!!! You have no idea how many hours I spent researching and troubleshooting and trying to figure out what was going on, to no avail.

Sorry I am slow getting back with you but I truly appreciate the assistance. Hope you have a terrific afternoon.

Best regards,
Bethany

I've updated the downloads with the working file.  Thanks for letting me know it worked.  If that solved the problem, I'll go ahead and lock this thread.
