I thought maybe the template had been updated. I checked and I'm using version 1.0 of the Incline template. So I tried to upload the latest copy of the Incline template, and got this error:

Code:
Warning

Extension Install: Another Template is already using the named folder: /var/www/vhosts/stlmm.org/httpdocs/templates/incline. Are you trying to install the same extension again?

Error

Error installing template

Here is the site:

http://stlmm.org

Any ideas?

OK, I do see that I'm on Vertex 4.0 and 4.1 is out. Maybe upgrading Vertex would work?

Hello,

Please do not try to reinstall the template, you just need to patch to Vertex 4.2:

OK I manually applied the Vertex patch and the menu reappeared. The Search/Magnifying glass is on the left instead of the right, but at least I have a menu!

On checking after the Vertex manual update, it is Vertex 4.1. Grr. You guys need to mark your releases, instead of just Shape5_Vertex4_Patch.zip which doesn't identify the full version. And automate this, please.

So I did it again and now it is on Vertex 4.2.

And the search/magnifying glass is still on the wrong side.

And now I find that several of my sites have a borked menu. So I have to drop everything and apply an emergency patch for Vertex.

You really, really need to make this a one-click update, and notify us via the Joomla normal update mechanism.

I've been blindsided by this.

Rocket Theme does this with their Gantry framework for Joomla. Vertex framework for Joomla needs to do likewise.
