The Language flags are currently at the Language position but this position is not very visible when one visits the website. Has anyone used the language flags in a different position somewhere around the top and it worked well?

I will be grateful for any recommendations.

thanks

Hello,

You can try publishing it to top_menu, which would appear right below the logo.

Thank you. For a multilingual site, the  language switch appears only on one site in that position and not for the other site. Are there some configurations I may be missing?

Hello,

The template itself doesn't control whether or not a module shows. Make sure you have the module published for all languages.

Thanks Mike. It is indeed 1 module that is displayed for all sites because the Language is set to "ALL". Actually, I have just noticed that the language flags appear on all other pages of the other languages but does not appear on their home pages.

After much investigation, I found that I needed to set the "Enable Row Under Menu?" to "No" under the theme specific section of the template configuration. So now the language flags appear on the home page and on all the other pages.
