Hello,

I am having problems with the S5 Masonry section in the Charity template. The order of the article columns in the middle and right side are different between Chrome vs Firefox/Safari and also changes as the screen width decreases (e.g. tablet - landscape). Please see the attached screenshots and video showing this behavior. I have the order set to published date and have tried removing all non-original styles and reverting settings but I am still seeing the behavior.

Any ideas?

Hello,

There is not set order for masonry articles. The order is determined by size and the script automatically aligns them for the best fit. There is an output order which usually brings newer items to the top, but ultimately the script will order based on size. The two browsers are mostly interpreting something like a font size or padding size slightly different; which changes the size of the boxes.

Thanks Mike. But that makes the order results description very misleading: "Select the order in which you want the results presented." When I purchased the template, I did so knowing that I needed this section presented in a set way, not just how they best fit the layout.

Hello,

I'm sorry there's not a way around that, the module is designed to align aesthetically, that is how the script is written. I have checked our demo on various browsers though, including Safari, and each of them is showing exactly the same. I would suggest checking this on a second machine.
