Hi,

The 404 error page does not work.

There are no other extensions used then before on my other site where it worked fine.

Kind regards,

did no other thing then all previous websites where it works fine. Maybe I’ll miss something caused by 3.8.

The other sites I’ll wait with updating. Lots of problems with the update when I read the forums.

Removed the current 404 error page, added a new one. Title is correct, alias is correct and the article is published.
Created over a dozen of this pages, never has any trouble with it. Can't see why this time it doesn't work.

Hello,

Please post a url to where the problem occurs, I'd like to see what is being called for a 404 error. I just tested in 3.8 and it's working for me.

Hello,

The page is showing totally blank when trying to load a 404. That indicate a php error on the page. Do you have any third party extensions enabled, especially plugins? You will need to disable each of them to see if one is causing the error. Any php error can cause the page to not load.

Had the 3rd party plugins disabled but no change.. I have no idea what causes it.

Hello,

Have you had them all disable at the same time? And did you try other extensions like modules? The problem is definitely due to a php error on that page.
