I was able to apply the patch to several of my websites, however when I applied to one it started to show a ton of errors?

Notice: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/mediprocity/public_html/modules/mod_s5_image_and_content_fader/tmpl/default.php on line 52

If you check my site they are all over the place, I had to turn a bunch of modules off as it looks terrible.  Any idea what caused this?

Hello

Please try installing the latest version of the image fader. To not lose your settings in it just overwrite the files via FTP. Also make sure strict standards is turned off for PHP on your server.

Any other suggestions?  I reinstalled v4 and tried to go with a fresh new module and it won't correctly load in Custom_1.

Additionally at the bottom my contact us module and some other modules on the site are not working?  Appears a lot of the site is simply corrupted now?

If you PM me Joomla login details I can take a look at why the Image Fader isn't showing up for you.

Its not corrupted, these are strict standard notices. You can try this too. In your Joomla admin go to: "global configuration > server > error reporting" and turn it to "none". Let me know if the notices still show.
