Trying to overwrite the charlestown logo position image.  Created a br_logo image (jpg), and selected that image for that position, but it doesn't overwrite or replace the previous image?  The eyeball icon and url says it is the br_logo.jpg image/file, but it does not display.  Something simple I am not doing for sure?  Want to make that an external link to the home page, to appear on all pages.

Hello,

You can overwrite the logo image in the template folder or you can create a custom HTML module and put an image in there and publish to the logo position. You just have to be sure to select the method you are using in the Vertex > Logo area of your template admin.

I created the new logo, named it s5_logo.png, , uploaded via cpanel, and overwite it, but it still pulls the old charelstown logo.  ahg Sad

This is all taking way way too much time.

Little help here, better specifics?

Want access?  troubleshoot.  I believe I did everything you told me to do.  Also checked menus again, all looks, like it should pull the new logo, but does not.

It can be a few things:

1. You may have to clear your browser cache.
2. The file permissions may be stopped the logo overwrite.

If you can PM me FTP and Joomla login access I can take a look for you. Just be sure to also have the logo on the server somewhere so I can access your new logo you want to replace the current one with.

Thanks,

Actually, problem solved with time.  Guess it just took an hour to repopulate.  Thanks.

You may have super cache on your server enabled. When I work I disable this so changes can be seen immediately.
