Hi!

My website has no 404 error page. I am using the article method. I checked the article name (404 Error Page), which is correct. I tried to disable the third party plugins, but nothing changed.  So what else can I do?  Lips sealed
Thank you!

Hello,

The 404 page is loading completely blank, which would indicate a php error on the site or your host is overriding the 404 commands. What I would start with is disable all third party extensions and plugins to see if one of those is causing a the problem. A bad plugin will often cause a blank page like this.

Hello,

What is happening is a php error on your site, have you disabled every plugin at the same time or individually? Did you check with your hosting provider to see if their server is forcing a 404? Many servers do this.

Hello!

I managed to solve the problem!

The solution was easy. I had to publish the category in which the 404 error article was. But I do not understand why it was unpublished by default.   Huh

Anyway, thanks for your support!  Smiley
