Hello,

What is the cleanest way to implement the following to prevent issues with future theme updates?

1. Change the "Login" button to direct to a page instead of opening a Modal.

2. Once a user is logged in, replacing the "Logout" text with a welcome message such as "Welcome [full name]".

For #1, I can create a page with a login module and in the theme settings set the URL to that login page.

For #2, the only way I see to do this is to modify the index.php.

The issue we are seeing with the current modal setup is that users who have a failed login aren't being shown a failed login message and are being locked out eventually...

Thank you.

Hello,

1. You can set a custom url at the bottom of the General tab in the template configuration.

2. You can change the text on the same General tab, but adding in a user's name would require custom programming. We do not provide those kinds of services. So you would have to modify the index.php which would cause problems with updates if the index.php files is effected.
