When I open the site with mobile devices,  I can see only the half of the main page, if I double clikc on the screen in order to enlarge it,  main page will move to right side and disappear,
is there any way to adjust it? just fit the screen of moile devices?

It sounds like something isn't set up correctly, but I'll have to see the site before I can figure out what's happening.   Are you sure that the content isn't just changing to single-column mode?  The responsive themes are designed to have the side columns float to underneath the main content when the screen is too narrow to display them side by side.

Please remember to always post a link to your site when having issues with something on the front-end; I can't even begin to diagnose the cause of a problem if I can't see what's happening and inspect the code with Firebug.

If you have responsive disabled the site will have layout issues on screens that are too small.  The purpose of responsive is to automatically rearrange site content to always fit on smaller screens without losing any content.  If you just have fluid layout, sections of the site will get too narrow to be visible and might even cause other sections of the site to have display issues.
