Hi

Our slide show disapearred since the new update.

The menu is not working correctly when you mouse over the menu the ''scroll menu'' won't appeared.

I was a free user for this template since 2014 but I now got a membership so I don't know if I should do something in particular.

Hello,

Please be sure you are running the latest version of Vertex. Also, what version of Joomla did you upgrade from?

It seems to be a problem with the breadcrumb position and the Slideshow CK module.

I've tried to unpublish it and the menu is ok. But it doesn't fix the slideshow problem.

Hello,

I'm not sure what you mean, the template wouldn't control whether or not the module works based on the position. The breadcrumb position is just like any other position on the page and will show whatever module is published to it. If the module isn't showing you either have a problem with that module that you need to contact the developer about, or the module isn't published to the page you are on. The page assignment of a module is completely controlled by Joomla, not the template.

I don't know what the problem is but both joomla and the module develop directed me to shape 5 to fix the problem. They told me it was a template problem.

I was telling you about he breadcrumb position just to let you know what position the module was assigned to.

I'll post some pictures showing you when the module is published and when it's not. Everything was working fine until the last joomla update.

Now when the module (slideshow ck) is published it only show a small line and it ''block'' the menu. The template look weird (you can see that the 3 small bloc are not equal).

When it's unpublished everything work correctly (but we don't have the slideshow obviously so it doesn't fix the problem)

Hello,

Please see the attached screenshot, the slideshow and menu are showing with no issues. I would suggest checking from another browser or machine.

I see in your screenshots above that there's a blank area where the module would be. That means that your module is outputting completely blank, and it has nothing to do with the template. It also means that the module is correctly assigned to the right page and the right position. By it being blank, it means their module isn't performing properly and it's not outputting any content in the module itself. I have no idea why the extension developer would say that's a template problem, only the extension itself can control it's own output, and that's something that they would need to fix. Although like I said, and as you can see in my screenshot, the slider is showing fine on your site currently.
