I'm having a weird issue that I haven't really noticed fully until now:

All the module divs above ***845px*** are not responsive like the smaller screen size ones.

Any idea what might be causing this?

*I'll provide link in PM to whomever responds*
ps. is there a way to tag confidential information in a post so only moderators can see it?  [confidential] text [/confidential]

*** I was on the wrong div when I took the screenshot, the actual width they are breaking at is 846px ***

If you can provide a link to the site, I'll take a look at it and see what I can figure out.  Most of the time when content layout is messed up, it ends up being a missing </div> somewhere in the content.

You have custom CSS that sets the max-height for those positions to 450px.  If you remove that CSS, everything should display correctly.

The code is around line 24 of css/custom.css
@media only screen and (min-width: 863px)
.s5_module_box_2 {
    max-height: 450px;
