Has attempted to secure some DesignControl / Joomla sites with IP blocking of folders, and file and folder attributes 644 and 755 after rebooting after an attacker was over. And now, responsive design does not work anymore.
On my PC I can minimize a window and then the look of the site change, and become as it should be on a smartphone, but here I'm logged in as an administrator from the correct IP address. On the mobile, the site has the same appearance as in a large window on the PC, here the site does not change its appearance.
Could it be because I have put IP-block on some incorrect folders or are there any files to be written in?
In the hope of some inspiration to move on.

Hello,

I wouldn't be able to debug all the settings on your site, but changing chmod would never cause something like this. I would suggest installing a site shaper into a sub folder and compare the settings of that to your live site.

Hello
I tried to remove the IP block from all folders except the administrator folder.
It solved the problem, now the site is responsive again, it switches to another design on a smartphone.
Can you tell me which folders I should not IP-block?
Regards Ole

Hello,

That is entirely up to you and how you secure your server. You really shouldn't be blocking any folders on your site.
