Hi there,

We are interested in showing the menu on top of the image we have on our site - www.givelight.org - as the menu icon shows. In other words, we would like the menu to always be present but overlayed on top of the sliding banner or main image. How could I achieve this with the BigPicture template? Would this require custom coding?

Ok I found this thread and was able to always display menu and hide the hamburger icon - https://www.shape5.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,75/topic,45784.0/

Now the two questions that follow:

1) Is there a way to make that menu bar transparent?
2) Is there a way to move the logo to the menu bar area - far left?

Hello,

To answer your questions.

1. Yes and can be done a few ways. The easiest would probably be to set the floating menu to show at position "0". This way the floating menu is now showing immediately on page load before scrolling. Then in the floating menu settings area you can set an opacity on it.

2. Yes but requires a bit of custom index.php editing. You would need to take the logo code in there and place inside the DIV with the ID of "s5_menu_wrap" on it.

3. In your template.css line 147 you can edit the CSS for the buttons on your site.
