The main menu: I would like to change for the active menuoption.
1. that the topic is underlined
2. that the background color is withe like during the mouse-over

The same for the accordion menu.

Sorry, didn't find the right CSS to change it.

that requires custom programming to do this. You would need to modify the s5_flex_menu.css file. You would need to add a class similar to this:
