I have a problem with the menu links

currently the menu links are showing as: www.test.com/about
where they normally show as www.test.com/company/about.html

this problem does not affect any other templates

i was running 1.5.1 and tried to fix it by updating to the latest SVN (1046) ... no luck

how can i fix this

Hi, under global configuration can you tell me what your SEO settings are set to?

Alright I've sorted it out now. They made some changes in the SEO settings in the last build. They also changed the default link and that is updated as well. The new template is in the download section. If you do not wish to reinstall you can simply over-write the files s5_no_moo_menu.php and s5_suckerfish.php

Regards,

ok its fixed the .html error but it still doesnt link.

The problem is now that it isnt showing the sub category.

EG:

Currently: www.test.com/about.html
Instead of www.test.com/company/about.html

If the menu item is in a Sub menu such as company the about wont show.

Hi, I am not sure I understand what you mean. I have tested the menu completely with submenus and they all appear correctly. As long as you have a menu link published to any parent link the submenu will show with the correct SEO settings. I just tested this again on a local install.

OK must be a glitch in my server or Joomla.
What i have done is created menu's and published them to header - restricting them to only show as a sub menu of that menu. And just linking to the main menu from an external link

Thanks for your help

Oh ok, the sub menu is actually not a sub menu of the main menu; it can be confusing. There are directions for setting up this menu here:
