Is there anyway to make the page selection float to the right instead of the left?

No sorry when you insert pagebreak you get a little box at the top with a list of pages of the article can this box be moved.  If you create a multi page document you will see what i mean.

Hello, sorry that is a built in output of Joomla, it couldn't be moved without a lot of custom programming.

If you add:

table.contenttoc {
display:none;
}

It will hide the entire area

If you add:

table.contenttoc {
float:right;
}

It will push it to the right side.
