Hi there,

I can't seem to get the "bottom_menu" position to publish mods in Emma Smooth.
The position dropdown in modules has only "bottom" available, and not "bottom_menu".
When published to "bottom", nothing appears.

I've used the "www.mysite.com/?tp=1" url command on the homepage to show module positions, and it shows "bottom_menu[notitle outline]" in that area.

Any ideas??
Thanks in advance.

Hello, there is a bottom_menu position available:

http://www.shape5.com/demo/emma_smooth/index.php?tp=1

Please see the following for setting up the bottom menu:

Thanks for the reply, and the info link at the demo has been followed, but again, I have no option within modules to publish to "bottom_menu", only "bottom".

Hello, sorry about that, I see the problem now. The position is in the template but not in the xml file for the template so it doesn't show in the list. I just updated the template's zip file in the download section. If you download the template again and extract the templateDetails.xml file and over-write your existing file with this one the position will now show.

will re-installing the new xml fix the issue of the bottom_menu ONLY showing on the home page and not throughout the rest of the site?

Hello, putting the new xml file in will add the bottom_menu position to the positions drop down for modules. In order for the menu to show on only the homepage you need to set the menu assignment to your home link on the module's backend. The menu assignment area is in the bottom left side of the module's backend screen.
