Hello,

I am trying to use the Site Shaper install method for the Touch of Soul template. I am able to successfully extract the zip file onto my provider's server, but get the following message when I navigate to the URL via my browser:

"The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request. The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log."

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would first try re-downloading the site shaper and re-extracting it just in case your download was corrupted or didn't complete. If the message is still appearing this is most likely a latency issue on your server in which case you would need to contact your hosting provider for them to view the error logs and address the issue.

Hi,

I will have them check the error logs.  I'm not sure how this could be a latency problem, though.  Could you please elaborate?

Thanks!

Mike,

My hosting provider figured it out.  It was a file permission issue.

Thanks for your time!
