OK I am new to photoshop.  I took the PSD and made my changes as I want them.  When I save for web this is my contents of the image directory.  Contrast this with the contents of the image directory that comes with the themes.  What happened to my changes to the logo and background and all of the other things?

Hello, the majority of this site is made off css, not images. If you are editing the logo you need to use the logo psd file in the download section.
