Hello, that would be a problem with your server's permissions. In the backend of Joomla go to help/system info/ and then directory permissions. All the folders listed must be writable, if any are not you will need to contact your host to correct this.

Hi !
I had the same problem and I have fond finally the solution. In the pack, you have to take only the file named touch of soul which is in the file named template, not all the pack (which is all the pack joomla, isn't it ?)

Hello, the site shaper is a complete installation of Joomla and does not install from the backend of Joomla. Please see the following tutorial: http://www.shape5.com/demo/touch_of_soul/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=39&Itemid=89

I'm having exactly the same problem as Michelle. All my folders are open and writable, and I have no problems installing other templates. Could you please check the download pack?

Hello, I just tested the download and it is installing with no issues. If you are installing the site shaper you must use the link to the tutorial I posted above.

Hello, this is a Joomla related issue. The error is stating a problem with Joomla's installer php script. There are several posts about this on Joomla's forums: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?p=1856038http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=471&t=396130&start=0
