I bought my first premium joomla template from shape5, and got brilliant support. I didn't think much of it, I figured great support came with most things you paid for (I'm not used to paying for things  Wink). I was designing some other websites and found a premium template on another site (YouJoomla) that suited the needs of my website. After the support I received there (or lack thereof, rather) it made me appreciate how hard the guys here really work.

So to mikek, jonahh, and anyone else who helped me - Thank You! you're doing a great job. and I'm convinced you could sell your joomla support as a seperate package it's that good.
