Hello,
Perhaps the module XML file is not writable? There is no specific plugin just the switch in the admin of the module

I have this same issue.
All instances but one have some issues when I used this. I just downloaded it yesterday so I should have the one you upgraded.
You have to login to the site to see it per the industries requirements, but you can just create something bogus
the three instances are:
(no before and after ball at the bottom just one sort of mysterious little thing there...) One - (this one is supposed to have the arrows but - not.)
one works just jolly:
perhaps you cant' have more than one on the site?
Thanks mucho!

In regards to the first one with the missing circle. I see that you have some CSS missing and perhaps an image from the style.css for the module. On the basics demo there is the following:
.s5_thumb_button { background:transparent url(button.png) no-repeat scroll center top; height:29px; width:29px; }
As for the second slider not working I believe this is due to the module position. There is template css that is hiding some of the DIVs and this is why the arrows aren't showing. Just setup the second one the same as the third and it will work then.

Image slider works with -none for module class.
I don't find anymore than the one ball image - I guess I'm ok with that. I'm not sure where I saw it displayed now, for some reason I thought there were smaller ones representing a series of non-focus images and a larger one to show where you were in the series?
Thanks.

Hi,
I can confirm that this css and ball/button image is missing from the site shaper download for the Basic template.
Bob.
