I have recently tried to change the logo on the Clarity template from the default to the logo of my own.  I did so in CSS as you had walked another customer through earlier. However, my page doesnt show the logo, a spot is left open for it, but the logo is not there. you can check it out here: http://www.themaccoach.com/update

This is what I have on line 659 of the template.css

#s5_logo {
   height:75px;
   width:224px;
   float:left;
   margin-top:13px;
   background: url(../images/blackBackgroundLogo.png) no-repeat;}

The name is correct, I have checked it a ton of times. The height and width are perfect as well. Is it a size issue. The logo is only 19K.

Are you uploading the logo image as the same filename used in the CSS?
Are you uploading it to the 'root'/images folder or the 'root'/templates/clarity/images folder?
It should be in the template image folder.

Also make sure you are in the right folder on your ftp.  Are you hosting multiple domains on one hosting account?
